Orders

How do I find my order number?

On the perforated section of your packing slip, you should see the order number.

Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

How do I track my order?

Which shipping options are available?

Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. You will then be presented with different shipping options according to your location:

Is signature required upon delivery?

All YOUDIWO shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for the package, you have the following options:

Canada | Canada Post

The courier will leave a delivery notice card indicating that you can pick up your parcel at the nearest post office.

Government-issued photo ID is required to pick up parcels.

United States | USPS

If no one is home when the letter carrier attempts delivery, the letter
carrier will leave a notice and return the item to the Post Office. Check the notice for specific instructions or call 1·800·ASK·USPS to have the mail redelivered.

Acceptable forms of Identification is required to pick up at the post office. You also need to bring in the PS Form 3849 left by the Carrier. 

Any items reported as lost past this period or lost due to waiving of signature will be denied for replacement or refund.

Why was my item "returned to sender"?

The reason for the return is marked on your item. Items are returned to sender if:

- The address does not exist.

-The item does not bear a sufficient address.

- The addressee has moved without providing a forwarding address.

- The item is refused by the addressee.

- The item contains insufficient postage.

What you can do:
- If the item was returned to sender in error, contact us to report the issue.

- Not sure if the address exists? Look it up in Find a Postal Code.

- If the item has a tracking number, find out when it was delivered or returned. Use Track.

United States | USPS

Return to sender means that a
package was undeliverable due to:

- An address that was incorrect/ missing information

-The mail was refused by the receiver

- Two unsuccessful delivery attempts were made.

What you can do:

Depending on the reason the package is returned, the post office will either hold it for 15 days to see if the mail is claimed by its rightful owner, or the mail will be immediately sent back towards the return
address.

What are custom/duty fees?

Customs duty fees are tariffs or taxes imposed on goods when they cross international borders. While not all orders are subject to these fees, there's always a chance that your country will charge these fees when a package enters the country (usually for goods over a certain value).

Any Items shipped internationally (outside of Canada, and the United States) are subject to the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and or duty. It is important to note that these costs vary depending on the item and country, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

YOUDIWO does not cover any customs fees or duties placed on orders - they are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to include these fees at our checkout because every country has different policies that are frequently changing. Any Items shipped internationally (outside of Canada, and the United States) are subject to the Goods and Service Tax (GST) and or duty. It is important to note that these costs vary depending on the item and country, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return an Item?

We offer quick and easy FREE 14-day returns! Before getting started, kindly check below to see if your item is eligible for a return!

In order for the Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Item is a Return/Refund

- The Item needs Resizing

The following Items cannot be returned:

- The supply of Items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

- Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are subject to a minimum restocking charge.

An exchange/return will not be granted if caused by misuse of the product for reasons of hygiene and safety. In order to preserve your jewelry, visit our Jewelry Care Guide for details.

To return or exchange your Item, simply click here to print out a shipping label.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. YOUDIWO will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

After we receive your Item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will then be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Can I make an exchange if I ordered the wrong size?

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

Our deepest apologizes if your Item was damaged during shipping. If you received something damaged, please hang onto the original packaging and the damaged item until your claim is settled. You may be asked to take them to your local Post Office™ for inspection later. Please do not reship the package.

Kindly Contact Us with your order number and a photo of the damage package. We are happy to resovle this for you!

How do I avoid tarnish?

We recommend removing your silver jewelry when taking part in these activities:

- Swimming
- Showering
- Exercising
- Sleeping
- Household chores
- Gardening
- Deep cleaning
- Home improvement projects
- Caring for small children or animals

While cleaning is important, so is refraining from using harsh chemicals, such as deep cleaners, detergents, and bleach. Also, we recommend avoiding contact with any perfumes, creams, lotions, and some soaps that can be acidic on jewelry.

When not being worn, keep your jewelry in a dry, cool pouch or in the YOUDIWO packaging box.

How do I clean an Item?

When done correctly, running your jewelry under warm water and using a bar of mild soap poses zero risk.

1. Run your jewelry under warm water.
2. Apply the warm, soapy water to a soft cloth.
3. Thoroughly rinse with clean water.
4. Lightly pat dry with another soft cloth.
