Return & Exchange Policy

We offer quick and easy FREE 14-day returns! Before getting started,
kindly check below to see if your item is eligible for a return!

In order for the Items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The Item is a Return/Refund

- The Item needs Resizing

The following Items cannot be returned:

- The supply of Items that are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

- Packages without a return shipping authorization number or packages
that were refused delivery will not be accepted for refund and are
subject to a minimum restocking charge.

An exchange/return will not be granted if caused by misuse of the
product for reasons of hygiene and safety. In order to preserve your

To return or exchange your Item, simply contact us to print out a shipping label.

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came
in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this
increases shipping rates. YOUDIWO will not be responsible for increased
fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional
shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.

After we receive your Item, our team will inspect it and process your
refund. The money will then be refunded to the original payment method
you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5
to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card
statement.

Return/Exchange Instructions:

Label

To return or exchange your item simply print out your shipping label.

Package

It is important to securely pack the shipment, remove the old label and place the return label in the box. The original label should never be visible or legible.

Proof of Delivery

Whenever returning a shipment you may be asked to produce a contact to receive an email or sms delivery proof.
